本機(jī)適用于新能源電機(jī)定子繞組自動(dòng)嵌入定子槽，并自動(dòng)嵌入槽蓋紙的專用設(shè)備。采用三菱PLC程控，彩色觸摸屏操作及故障診斷功能，伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)滾珠絲桿及推頭推入線圈入槽，行程控制準(zhǔn)確，速度均勻，更換簡(jiǎn)單方便，工裝堅(jiān)固，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，工作效率高。

Suitable for new energy  motor stator  automatically embedding coils to stator slot, and automatically covering the slot. Mitsubishi PLC control, color touch screen operation and fault diagnosis, servo motor drives ball screw and push bar to insert coils into the slot, stroke control accuracy, stable speed. The tooling replacement is simple and convenient, solid tooling, long life, high efficiency.
