本機(jī)適用于汽車起動(dòng)電機(jī)電樞扁裸線繞組的自動(dòng)送線、校直、切斷、自動(dòng)扭拉成形的一種專用設(shè)備。采用三菱PLC程控，觸摸屏或液晶顯示器設(shè)定參數(shù)，由獨(dú)立放線機(jī)，校直送線機(jī)構(gòu)及下料成形機(jī)三部分組成，定長(zhǎng)送線、機(jī)械聯(lián)動(dòng)自動(dòng)扭轉(zhuǎn)臂拉成形結(jié)構(gòu)，四刀切斷，成形角度可調(diào)節(jié)。
