本機適用于三鉤以及五鉤小電機換向器的一次性同時下壓焊接的專用設(shè)備。采用進口PLC程控，彩色觸摸屏顯示及修改參數(shù)，高頻逆變直流焊接電源系統(tǒng)，一次控制三個或五個機頭同時下壓，采用掃描方式完成三個或五個通道的放電，一次即可焊好三個或五個工位，生產(chǎn)效率大大提高。有定電壓，定電流，定功率放電輸出模式，有異常報警功能，檢修方便。

This machine is suitable for the one-time simultaneous pressure welding of three hooks and five hooks of small motor commutators. It adopts imported PLC for control, color touch screen display for parameters modification, high-frequency DC output type welding power supply system, three heads or five heads can press at the same time, and three or five channels of discharge are completed by scanning method, and three or five stations can be welded at one time. The production efficiency is greatly improved. There are constant voltage, constant current, constant power discharge output mode, abnormal alarm function, convenient maintenance.
